Kobe Shushin Kan is a traditional brewery in Nada-Gogo, located in Mikage, Higashinada Ward, Kobe City.
For over 250 years since the mid-Edo period, it has continued handmade sake brewing using Hyogo Prefecture produced sake rice and Miyamizu, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan.
Its representative brand "Fukuju" is highly acclaimed internationally, such as being served at the Nobel Prize banquet, and is known as a premium sake representing Kobe.
"Ichi" was developed as the ultimate meal sake for the second and third glass, designed with compatibility with cuisine as the top priority, for the purpose of passing down "Kobe's local sake culture."
With a sake quality of complex aroma and umami, it breeds sake that complements meals, having outstanding compatibility with ingredients with fat and sweetness.
