Founded in 1790, Marui Gomei is a long-established brewery in Konan City, boasting one of the oldest histories in Aichi Prefecture.
Pumping up clear groundwater from the Kiso River system, they continue brewing without sparing time and effort, mainly using the "Yamahai-jikomi" method handed down by skilled Tajima master brewers.
After an era of mass production in the past, they have now completely shifted to pursuing "brewery individuality" to the limit.
