Ice temperature technology is a technology that maintains quality until just before shipping while keeping the sake fresh by storing it in a temperature zone below freezing to suppress enzyme activity. They developed a unique sales method of selling local sake managed by this ice temperature technology to 100 limited members recruited from all over the country. As a representative product, they also worked on long-term aged sake, such as the Junmai Daiginjo "Sanju" aged for 30 years.
