With the motto of "Sake brewing starting from rice making," they grow high-quality sake rice in-house in the rice fields spreading in front of the brewery. Underground water from Mt. Daisen is used for brewing water. Taking advantage of the rich nature and cool climate, they practice sake brewing that maximizes the power of microorganisms. A craft beer brewery and restaurant are also annexed to the sake brewery, transmitting the charm of food and sake.
