"Kumezakura" is a representative brand from the time of its founding, named after the cherry blossom "Kumezakura" in Yonago Castle.
Currently, it is brewed by traditional Kimoto brewing at the foot of Mt. Daisen using in-house cultivated sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" and Tottori Prefecture's unique "Goriki," etc. The sake created by rice and water nurtured by the rich nature of Mt. Daisen and cool air has clean acidity and a deep taste with condensed umami of rice. It is a perfect bottle for food sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperature zones from cold sake to hot sake.
