Kiyotsuru Shuzo

Kiyotsuru Shuzo is located in Tomita, Takatsuki City, Osaka, and is one of only two remaining breweries in the Tomita district carrying on the tradition of "Tomita Sake," which once captivated sake connoisseurs in Edo.
Refusing to pursue mass production, they adhere to meticulous craftsmanship and value traditional techniques such as "Fukuro-shibori" (bag pressing), where the mash is placed in bags to be pressed by its own weight.
Using pure water from the Abuyama system and high-quality sake rice, their dedication to harmonizing a dignified, clear finish with deep flavors exudes an elegance befitting the name "Kiyotsuru" (Pure Crane).
