The sixth generation Tazaemon Yamamura discovered the famous water "Miyamizu" that supports Nada brewing, and as the originator of the name "Masamune" for sake, it has influenced many breweries.
It is also known as a pioneer of high polishing technology, and as the birthplace of Yeast No. 1.
