Yushin Shuzo

Yushin Shuzo is a brewery founded in 1854 (Ansei 1), a unique existence that started from traditional sake brewing and evolved into a research and development-oriented company by utilizing its fermentation technology.
Located in Ono, Ayagawa Town, they use the underground water of the Ayagawa River as brewing water.
They developed their own 'Japan Bio' technology that fuses traditional fermentation technology and modern biotechnology, and created a functional ingredient derived from rice called 'Rice Power Extract' by applying rice fermentation technology cultivated in sake brewing.
As an innovative brewery that Kagawa Prefecture is proud of, creating new value by fusing that technology with modern science while protecting traditional sake brewing technology, it has established a unique position in both the sake industry and the cosmetics industry.
