Takahashi Shuzoten is a small, family-run brewery in Rokugo, Misato Town, which is blessed by the "Rokugo Spring Water Group" (one of Japan's 100 Famous Waters).
The brewery's unique feature is its use of two distinct springs—"Egao-shimizu" located on the grounds and the historic "Homon-shimizu"—carefully chosen based on the type of sake. Using this pure water from the Ou Mountains and locally contracted rice, the master brewer crafts each batch with deep affection.
With the wish to create "a sake that brings a natural smile with every sip," they bottle the transparency of the Water Village and the life force of rice to deliver comfort and joy to any dining table.
