Gekka
月華"Gekka" is a Daiginjo Sake made by polishing Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture to 40%. The fruity and gorgeous aroma harmonizes with the refined taste created by Kururi's famous water. The clean, refreshing, and elegant slightly dry taste is ideal as an aperitif. It is a supreme bottle brewed by the oldest brewery in Chiba Prefecture.
Fukuiwai
福祝"Fukuiwai" is the flagship brand brewed by Tohei Shuzo. It mainly uses the highest peak of sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" and Hokkaido's "Suisei," and breeds with Kururi's famous water. It features a swelling gorgeous aroma and an impressive mouthfeel with a clear contour of taste. The sweetness fades refreshingly towards the second half, and it is a well-balanced sake where sharp dryness and soft lingering finish harmonize beautifully.
Mine no Sei
峯の精"Mine no Sei" is a brand named after the small section name "Mine" where the brewery is located, with the meaning of "pure and excellent things born in Mine." The character "Sei" also includes the meanings of white polished rice and sake with mysterious power. The most popular Daiginjo sake features a fruity aroma, a mellow mouthfeel, and a smooth throat feel. It is a stylish local sake that continues to protect traditional brewing methods.
Tobitsuru
飛鶴"Tobitsuru" is the flagship brand of Mori Shuzoten. It employs the traditional "Fune Shibori" method, where the mash (moromi) is put into sake bags and pressed slowly with weak pressure over time. Although it requires great effort and labor, it results in a taste that is free of off-flavors, soft yet sharp. 富泉"Tomiizumi" is a brand that was once brewed by Chikura Shuzo. It is no longer produced due to the closing of the brewery.
Kaijin

Jumangame
寿萬亀"Jumangame" is the flagship brand of Kameda Shuzo, named after the word for celebration "Ju" (Kotobuki) and the saying "Cranes live for 1,000 years, turtles for 10,000 years." It is the only sake in Japan recognized as an offering to Meiji Jingu Shrine, and its quality is highly praised in domestic and international competitions.
