Tobitsuru

"Tobitsuru" is the flagship brand of Mori Shuzoten. It employs the traditional "Fune Shibori" method, where the mash (moromi) is put into sake bags and pressed slowly with weak pressure over time. Although it requires great effort and labor, it results in a taste that is free of off-flavors, soft yet sharp. You can enjoy the rich and deep taste brewed with local Chiba Prefecture rice and famous water from the foot of Mt. Atago.
