Shiroi Sake (White Sake) is a brand of pure white Nigori (cloudy) sake, as the name suggests, reminiscent of pure white snow. It is a bottle like a dessert, where you can enjoy the sweetness and body inherent in rice and a creamy texture by intentionally leaving the grains of rice.
'White' symbolizes the integrity of the brewery without any turbidity and the beauty of winter in Niigata. While it has a thick and rich mouthfeel, the aftertaste is surprisingly light. It is easy even for people unfamiliar with sake or women to get close to, and it is a sake full of playfulness unique to Imayotsukasa that gorgeously produces a post-meal moment.
