Omusubi Kuro

Omusubi Kuro is a concept brand with a warm theme of 'rice' and 'musubi' (connecting), which are primeval landscapes of the Japanese heart. It contains deep love for rice that only Imayotsukasa (a 100% Junmai brewery) making rice the protagonist can express.
'Kuro' (Black) is a symbol of powerful and nourishing taste reminiscent of black rice or ancient rice. When sipped, the simple umami and plump body inherent in rice spread, like when chewing freshly cooked rice.
