Brewing rice that endured Tango's severe nature with traditional skills continued since the Edo period, it is characterized by superb freshness where the gentle sweetness inherent in rice slides through the throat as smoothly as silk thread.
The refreshing finish, like the sea breeze passing through Amanohashidate's pine forest, harmonizes beautifully with Miyazu's fresh fish dishes and local home cooking.
