Takaragawa is the signature brand of Tanaka Shuzo.
This Junmai sake is made from 100% Hokkaido rice, primarily the 'Suisei' variety, and brewed with the pure underflow water of Mt. Tengu.
It is characterized by a mellow yet dry profile (hojun-karakuchi) that combines a brilliant Ginjo aroma with refreshing umami and a sharp finish.
Thanks to year-round brewing, they provide stable quality throughout the seasons, embodying Otaru's deep-rooted sake culture.
