The Ginjo type features a gorgeous aroma, and the Junmai Ginjo type features rice umami. In both cases, you can enjoy a strong yet delicate taste where the power of koji is drawn out to the maximum. It is a bottle that can be said to be the crystallization of koji making technology cultivated over 300 years of history.
