Houmei

"Houmei" is an ambitious work of Ishii Shuzo born from passion for history, brewed by reviving the Edo-era brand rice "Shiromemai." Its flavor, where lost tradition is resurrected with modern skills, features a heavy drinking response where powerful body and mellow umami of rice overlap. A traditional local sake of revival that Satte is proud of, expressing deep respect for the past and joy of connecting to the future.
