梅一輪は服部嵐雪の句「梅一輪 一輪ほどの 暖かさ」に由来する銘柄で、超特選大吟醸をはじめ吟醸純米・生酒・上撰純米酒・にごり酒・しぼりたて生酒・佳撰梅一輪など40数種を醸造しています。
すべてを千葉県産米で仕込み、地元産の酒造好適米「ふさこがね」を使用した地産地消の取り組みが大きな特徴です。
繊細でふくよかな味わいが料理を引き立たせる、脇役のようなお酒であることをめざしており、千葉県外ではほとんど流通しない希少な地酒です。
