Using extremely soft spring water with outstanding transparency, the brewery pursues sake making that brings out the best of the ingredients. In particular, the Josen grade, which has remained popular since founding, is characterized by its extremely sweet flavor with a sake meter value of -8, combining mellow umami and a clean finish. Due to its limited distribution centered on the Asahi district of Toyota City, it is a bottle with high scarcity value.
