Although the naming and label design are playful, the contents are high-quality sake made seriously, with a fresh taste characterized by acidity.
Haginotsuru
Haginotsuru is the flagship brand of Hagino Shuzo, aiming for "everyday wear sake" with a gentle aroma and clean taste. Brewed by a traditional brewery founded in 1840 (Tenpo 11), it features an elegant taste that you won't get tired of drinking, and is loved as a sake served with meals that snuggles up to the daily dining table.
Kameoka
Kameoka is a brand of Hagino Shuzo limited to authorized dealers. It uses entirely self-cultivated "Miyama Nishiki" and is a rare sake brewed carefully by hand.
Okutsuru
Okutsuru is a traditional brand that Chida Shuzo has been using since its founding in 1920 (Taisho 9). As a sake brewed in the deep land of Kurihara, it features a name rooted in the region.

Miyakanbai is the flagship brand of Kambai Shuzo, based on the concept of "Sake that calls spring to the heart."
