Toide Shuzo, located in Toide Town, Takaoka City, is a brewery that continues to craft sake using the abundant underground water of the Shogawa River. Their brewing water is drawn from deep beneath the Shogawa, a pristine river that originates from the sacred Mount Hakusan and flows through the remote regions of Gokayama.
