The 'Bokushi' brand honors Suzuki Bokushi, the author of 'Hokuetsu Seppu,' and is a high-quality sake made with Yamada Nishiki rice from the Special A district. 'Yukiotoko' (Yeti) is named after the legendary creature appearing in 'Hokuetsu Seppu,' expressing the mystique of the snow country. Using pure meltwater from Mt.
