The previous generation's Kozaburo Takada established "Four Seasons Brewing" (year-round brewing) and introduced air conditioning and hygiene management, a "brewing revolution" that enabled stable high-quality brewing regardless of the season.
Also known as a pioneer in the development of Namazake (unpasteurized sake), it realized Namazake that retains the deliciousness of Yamada Nishiki rice and the freshness of Miyamizu water without pasteurization through unique micro-filtration technology.
It features a powerful sake quality that utilizes the individuality of Yamada Nishiki and Miyamizu, such as rich flavor, strong acidity, and sharp dry taste.
