Tsukinoi Shuzoten is a brewery located in Oarai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture, founded in 1865 (Keio 1). In the land of Oarai overlooking the Pacific Ocean, they are making sake with a commitment to rice, water, and people, under the theme of "Sake gifted to Oarai."
Under Toji (Master Brewer) Tatsuya Ishikawa, they also focus on "Kimoto structure," a traditional natural brewing method, brewing sake with a strong yet gentle taste that maximizes the power of ingredients.
They are also actively engaged in environmentally friendly initiatives, such as the organic sake "Nanotsuki."
