Yachiyo Shuzo

Yachiyo Shuzo is a community-rooted brewery located in Rokugo, Misato Town, Akita—a region celebrated as a "Village of Famous Water" at the foot of the Ou Mountains.
The brewery's destiny is supported by the "Rokugo Spring Water Group," selected as one of Japan's 100 Famous Waters. Using this pure water that gushes from over 60 points in town, they craft sake that engages in a dialogue with high-quality local rice from the Senboku Plain.
As its name "Yachiyo" (Eternal Prosperity) suggests, they preserve traditional techniques while maximizing the blessings of the water, resulting in a flavor that is exceptionally pure and warmly rustic, delivering the very essence of Rokugo's nature to the drinker.
