Centering on the use of Iwate Prefecture rice "Yu no Ka" and "Gin Ginga," it features a soft touch unique to soft water brewing.
It is characterized by a fresh fruit aroma and a soft mouthfeel unique to soft water brewing, and its outstanding compatibility with seafood is unique to "sake of the sea."
