Konohanano Brewery

Konohanano Brewery is an urban brewery located in the Komagata district of Taito Ward, Tokyo, operated by All Wright Co., Ltd. The name is derived from Konohanasakuya-hime, the goddess of sake brewing, whose name means 'the princess as beautiful as cherry blossoms.' As the cherry blossom is also the official tree of Taito Ward, the name reflects a deep connection to the local community. Situated in the historic Asakusa area, this dedicated small-scale underground brewery specializes in traditional doburoku (unfiltered sake) production.
Primarily using a traditional method involving only rice and rice malt (koji), the brewery produces high-quality doburoku and explores various fruit-based sake beverages. Visitors can enjoy fresh, on-site brewed doburoku at the annexed restaurant, 'ALL (W)RIGHT -sake place-', providing a unique and integrated craft sake experience. The brewery also serves as a nurturing ground for young talent, contributing to the evolution of Tokyo's sake culture by producing independent-minded brewers. In the heart of old Edo culture, Konohanano Brewery proposes a new style of Tokyo brewing that fuses traditional techniques with modern culinary sensibilities.
