Miyazaki Honten

Founded in 1846 (Koka 3). Located in Kusu-cho, Yokkaichi City, where subsoil water from the Suzuka Mountains springs forth, this historic brewery operates under the motto "Quality First."
Part of the brewery is designated as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property, with a long history and tradition alive within its walls.
Using the clear subsoil water of the Suzuka River for brewing water and carefully selecting rice such as Mie Prefecture-grown "Iga Mai" and "Yamada Nishiki."
While preserving traditional techniques such as handmade koji and long-term low-temperature fermentation, they also introduce the latest equipment. With brewing that fuses tradition and innovation, they continue to pursue the ultimate taste that one never tires of drinking.
