Using pure groundwater from the Abukuma River, they brew brands like "Arinokawa," "Jinya," and "Kissui Hidaruma," precisely extracting the rich umami of rice. Also known as the only brewery in Japan to brew "Tora Makkoli," they continue to challenge the world from Shirakawa.
