Sawada Sake Brewery is a long-established sake brewery located in Goido, Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture, founded in 1830 (Tenpo 1).
They use clear groundwater from the Kongo and Katsuragi mountain ranges as brewing water and brew sake carefully using high-quality sake rice.
Led by the fifth generation, Sadako Sawada, they have taken on the challenge of brewing sake for a new era while protecting tradition.
