The greatest commitment is the pursuit of "local sake" making use of ingredients from local Saitama Prefecture. Using clear groundwater from the Tone River system and strictly selected sake brewing rice, it carefully brews sake using "Sai-no-Kuni Yeast" from Saitama Prefecture. Through long-term low-temperature fermentation, it pulls out a gorgeous and transparent elegant aroma while having rich rice umami.
