Mori Shuzoten is a sake brewery founded in the early Meiji period, located at the foot of Mt. Atago, west of Kururi, a village of famous water. For over 100 years, it has protected the tradition of handmade brewing, carefully brewing sake with a small number of people without relying on machines. The taste woven by the famous water pumped from the well at the foot of Mt. Atago and the Chiba Prefecture rice used for over 90% of production is the blessing of Chiba's nature itself. It is characterized by a gentle yet powerful sake quality achieved through time-consuming "Fune Shibori" (traditional pressing).
