Hakutaka

Hakutaka is a traditional brewery in Nishinomiya-go of Nada-Gogo, located in Hamacho, Nishinomiya City.
Founded by the Kita-Tatsuuma family, a branch of Tatsuuma-Honke (Kuromatsu-Hakushika), it continues to protect the traditional sake brewing of Nada-Gogo as "Genuine Nada Sake."
To preserve and pass down Miyamizu, it established "Hakutaka Rokusui-en," a sake culture complex equipped with a shop, brewery bar, memorial hall, and Japanese restaurant.
It develops brands closely linked to local culture, such as "Miyamizu no Sato" brewed with traditional Kimoto method using 100% Miyamizu, and the official sake of the Hanshin Tigers.
It continues to provide premium Nada sake created by Miyamizu and the techniques of Tamba Toji.
