Miyoshikiku Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a brewery located in Sarada, Ikeda-cho, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, founded in 1903 (Meiji 36).
It is located in the central part of Shikoku, upstream of the Yoshino River (one of the three major rivers in Japan), surrounded by the Asan Mountains to the north and the Tsurugi Mountains to the south, in a cold region ideal for sake brewing. The land of Awa Ikeda has long been known as an environment suitable for sake brewing.
Awa Toji (master brewers) inherit traditional techniques and carry out careful sake brewing without sparing effort. Under the concept of 'walking on the wild side,' it practices sake brewing fusing tradition and innovation.
It has developed three brands named after three sisters (Ayane, Orie, Koharu), and as Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, and Tokubetsu Junmai respectively, it carries out authentic sake brewing using Yamadanishiki from Tokushima Prefecture.
