Characterized by a sweet and mellow taste, it is loved as a unique brand where you can enjoy rich umami.
Kiseki no Ipponmatsu
奇跡の一本松A Ginjo sake designed with the motif of "Miracle Pine" in Rikuzentakata City, with the thought of proceeding with hope toward new town building without forgetting the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is characterized by a gorgeous aroma by Iwate Prefecture's yeast "Giovanni no Shirabe" and a light taste brought by "concise koji" that strips away unnecessary things. With a rice polishing ratio of 50%, using Ginginga / Yui no Ka, it is finished in a light dry taste (Tanrei Karakuchi) with a Sake Meter Value of +4 and Acidity of 1.3. It is a symbolic brand of Suisen Shuzoten, filled with wishes for reconstruction from the earthquake disaster and hope for the future.
Usuzumi Zakura
淡墨桜"Usuzumi Zakura" is a brand named after the famous Usuzumi Zakura (a cherry blossom tree over 1500 years old) in Gifu Prefecture. It uses 100% Hatsushimo (a "phantom rice" that is a specialty of Gifu Prefecture and almost never grown outside the prefecture) for sake rice, which is contract-farmed in Miwa, Gifu City. A traditional brand popular as a gift for loved ones, it features careful quality resulting from handmade brewing.
Kajita Jo
加治田城"Kajita Jo" is a Honjozo sake bearing the name of "Kajita Castle," which had a deep connection with the unifier Oda Nobunaga. Characterized by a crisp mouthfeel and aromatic dryness, it is popular as a brand conveying regional history to the present.
Haburi Koseki
半布里戸籍"Haburi Koseki" is a Junmai sake named after Japan's oldest family register, "Haburi Koseki." Characterized by a spread of mellow sweetness and soft umami, it is a brand paying homage to the region's historical heritage.
Sanyaho

積翠"Sekisui" is a brand that was once produced by Hirano Honten, but is now discontinued. A signboard for "Sekisui" remains at the store entrance, preserving the remnants of its former brewing days.
Kazutoyo no Tsuma
一豊の妻"Kazutoyo no Tsuma" is a brand named after Chiyo, the wife of Yamauchi Kazutoyo, as there is a theory that Chiyo was born in Gujo Hachiman. A bronze statue of Yamauchi Kazutoyo and his wife stands in Yanagimachi Ichinohira, Hachiman-cho, Gujo City, and they are loved as historical figures of Gujo.
Bojo
母情"Bojo" is the flagship brand of Hirano Jozo, named by the second generation in memory of Ju, the wife of founder Kichibee Hirano. Ju was known as a person who devoted herself to others and society, and inheriting that spirit, the brand aims to be a sake that heals drinkers and makes them smile unintentionally. Using "water from the village of Kokin Denju," it is a secret brew of Okumino Gujo Yamato characterized by an elegant sweet fruity aroma.
Koderarene
こでられねA brand with the meaning of "irresistible" or "unbearable" (in a good way) in the dialect of the Ichinoseki region, containing the thought that it is too delicious to bear. It has a wide lineup of Junmai sake, Junmai Ginjo, and Junmai Daiginjo, each brewed using local rice. Junmai Ginjo uses Ginginga with a polishing ratio of 50%, and Junmai Daiginjo uses Miyama Nishiki from Hanaizumi polished to 45%, characterized by a commitment to regionality and quality. It is a representative brand of Iwanoi Shuzo expressing attachment to the region and friendliness by using the local dialect as the brand name.
Gujo Ikki

Hakusan system, it is characterized by all-quantity natural flower yeast brewing, using different natural flower yeasts (chrysanthemum, azalea, abelia, queen of the night, etc.). There are diverse products such as Tokubetsu Honjozo Genshu (flower yeast brewing), Tokubetsu Junmai, and Daiginjo, and it is known as a brand highly praised by actor Seiji Rokkaku (from the drama "Aibou").
Mikasa Bandai
美笠万代"Mikasa Bandai" is the trademark brand of Kuno Shuzo, characterized by a unique original Daiginjo created by blending multiple distinct Daiginjo sakes. Mikasa Bandai Daiginjo is known for its dry and sophisticated taste, while the winter-limited "Hatsushibori" is known as a unique product containing natural cloudiness and sediment. Through careful brewing by a small-scale brewery with a history of about 290 years, it achieves a profound and savory mouthfeel.
Korin
光琳"Korin" is Chiyogiku's organic Junmai Ginjo and organic Junmai sake, using 100% JAS organic certified rice (grown in Kuwabara-cho, Hashima City, by Aigamo farming method without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Characterized by an elegant ginjo aroma and a rich, smooth taste, it is highly rated as an environmentally friendly organic sake. Also called "Gin Korin," it is a brand that achieves both environmental friendliness and quality.

Kakumin Shinsuishu

白雪姫"Shirayukihime" is a Junmai Daiginjo from Watanabe Shuzojo, using rice grown by local farmers who reduced pesticides and chemical fertilizers and plowed in Chinese milk vetch. Characterized by a slightly dry taste with a gentle mouthfeel, it is brewed with the careful craftsmanship unique to a female master brewer.
Tairin
大輪"Tairin" was the representative brand of Yoshida Goshi. Loved by locals for its taste that combined the gorgeousness of a large flower blooming and the friendliness rooted in the region. It is a phantom sake that cannot be tasted now.
