Genbun

"Genbun" is the representative brand of Hara Shuzojo, named after the founding era "Genbun 5." Using locally grown Gifu rice and well water from the Mt. Hakusan system, it is characterized by all-quantity natural flower yeast brewing, using different natural flower yeasts (chrysanthemum, azalea, abelia, queen of the night, etc.). There are diverse products such as Tokubetsu Honjozo Genshu (flower yeast brewing), Tokubetsu Junmai, and Daiginjo, and it is known as a brand highly praised by actor Seiji Rokkaku (from the drama "Aibou").
