Shiwa no Takumi
A Daiginjo sake polishing Yamada Nishiki to 40%, it is a brand having quality equivalent to contest submission sake. Characterized by elegant ginjo aroma and rich taste, it is positioned as a masterpiece gathering the essence of Shiwa's sake brewing technology. Nanbu Toji's traditional techniques and modern quality control are fused, and it is a brand showing high technological capabilities.
Horigome
A Junmai sake using 100% self-cultivated "Toyonishiki," embodying the brewery's philosophy that "Sake brewing starts from rice growing." With rice cultivated with low pesticides in 3 hectares of dedicated fields, it fully draws out the umami of rice nurtured by Iwate's climate. Bearing the name of the Horigome district, it is a brand filled with pride in the region and passion for rice growing.
Horinoi
The brewery's representative brand derived from the famous well "Horigome no Ido" in the Horigome district, it has been familiar as delicious sake brewed using this well water. Using self-cultivated rice, it is characterized by sake brewing that cherishes terroir, brewing rice grown in Iwate's climate and features in Iwate's climate and features. It is local sake representing Shiwa where local water and rice, and Nanbu Toji's technology are fused.
Yuraku

A brand expressing Mt. Azumane towering behind the brewery in Hiragana, emphasizing friendliness and regionality. As one of the diverse lineups of Azumamine Shuzoten, it is a sake loved by locals.
Konotori
A brand with the motif of a stork, characterized by an auspicious name as a bird carrying good luck. It is a bottle by careful sake brewing embodying Azumamine Shuzoten's commitment to Junmai sake.
Azumamine
The representative brand named after the highest peak of Mt. Azumane towering behind the brewery, it was named with the hope of being loved by the region for a long time. Using soft groundwater of Mt. Azumane and Iwate Prefecture rice (including self-cultivated rice), it embodies the ideal of the 13th generation brewery owner: "sake where the umami of rice is firmly felt, there is aroma, and there is sharpness." Under the policy of all Junmai sake, it is characterized by sake brewing that cherishes the original taste of rice without using any brewer's alcohol. Through careful manual work unique to a small-scale brewery, the thoughts of the brewers are put into each bottle.
Wagaya no Haru
A brand celebrating the arrival of spring, expressing the sense of the season and homely warmth. As one of the diverse lineups of Azumamine Shuzoten, it offers friendly sake.
Nanbu Bijin
The representative brand embodying the brewery's philosophy of aiming for "clean and beautiful sake," characterized by sake brewing that cherishes the original color and taste of rice without charcoal filtration. The pale yellow sake color is an expression of the philosophy that if made cleanly, charcoal filtration is unnecessary. Using sake brewing suitable rice from Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture, it is characterized by a fluffy gentle fruit aroma and elegant rice umami with a refreshing aftertaste. The Special Junmai sake that won Champion Sake at IWC 2017 is highly evaluated internationally and is known to the world as a brand representing Iwate.
Hobai
Another brand of Nanbu Bijin Brewery, characterized by an elegant name evoking the fragrant scent of plums. While having a different individuality from Nanbu Bijin, it is a sake brewed by the same quality standards of the brewery.
Washinoo
A brand derived from the giant eagle that once lived on Mt. Iwate, or the snow shape of an eagle appearing in early spring, using spring water from Mt. Iwate. It is a sake nurtured by the rich nature and clear water of Hachimantai, characterized by a taste rooted in the region. The representative product "Kinpai" (Gold Seal) was once popular as second-class sake and is still loved today. Junmai Daiginjo has received high international acclaim, such as winning the Platinum Award consecutively at "Kura Master" in France. It is loved as a sake supporting the food culture of Hachimantai by taste design emphasizing compatibility with local ingredients, especially mountain delicacies.
Kitariasu kara no Kaze
A brand imagining the sea breeze of northern Sanriku (Northern Rias), expressing the nature and climate of the coastal area. Although not manufactured now, it is remembered as a brand rich in regionality.
Ginrei Suzuran
A brand named after the brewery name, characterized by a refreshing name imagining the alpine plant lily of the valley and snowy mountains. It was loved as sake expressing nature of Iwate.
Tetsu no Michi
A brand derived from the history of iron making in the Kuji region and the railway that once transported iron ore. Developed as a Special Junmai sake, it is characterized by a powerful taste. It is a brand with high cultural value expressing respect for the region's history and industry.
Kujigawa
A brand derived from the Kuji River flowing through Kuji City, expressing the blessings of the region's nature and water. It is characterized by a refreshing taste imagining the clear flow of the river.
Hokugen no Ama
Kuji City is known as the town of "Northern Limit Ama" (woman shell diver), and incorporates that culture into the brand name. As a Special Junmai sake, it is characterized by a dry taste and has excellent compatibility with seafood. It is a brand rich in regionality expressing the local pride of Ama culture and the blessings of the Sanriku sea in sake.
Fukurai
The representative brand bearing the brewery name, containing the auspicious meaning that "fortune comes." By traditional sake brewing using Kuji's groundwater and Iwate Prefecture rice, they provide a taste loved by the region. It is warm sake brewed with the wish that fortune visits everyone who drinks, sells, and brews it.
Shirakabarin
A brand with the motif of white birch, a symbol of the northern country, expressing a refreshing feeling and dignified beauty. It is characterized by a refreshing taste imagining the nature of Iwate.
