Kuji City is known as the town of "Northern Limit Ama" (woman shell diver), and incorporates that culture into the brand name. As a Special Junmai sake, it is characterized by a dry taste and has excellent compatibility with seafood.
It is a brand rich in regionality expressing the local pride of Ama culture and the blessings of the Sanriku sea in sake.
