Koshi no Hana is the brand that symbolized the brewery, which Koshi no Hana Shuzo once brewed with pride. As the name suggests, it pursued a gorgeous and dignified taste born from the pure climate of Echigo (Niigata).
In the 'Tanrei' (light and clean) drinking sensation typical of Niigata sake, the gorgeous aroma that spreads softly and the gentle umami of rice are harmonized, and it was loved by many people as a protagonist coloring the dining table. Although it has now become a legendary sake due to the brewery's closure, its sophisticated taste still shines as an essential part of Niigata's sake culture.
