"Hinode" was a representative brand brewed by Okano Sake Brewery, and as the name suggests, it was named with the image of bright hope and vitality like the "sunrise".
Nurtured in the cool climate of Mitsue Village, this sake was characterized by a refreshing drinking mouth and mellow taste, and was indispensable for the evening drink of local people, such as undiluted sake and Honjozo.
It has now become a phantom sake that is difficult to obtain, but its taste, which was once loved in the highland village, has been handed down as part of the local sake culture.
