Hakugakusen
"Hakugakusen" is Yasumoto Shuzo's modern flagship brand launched by the 46th generation. It was named taking "Haku" (White) from the Hakusan water vein, "Gaku" (Mountain) from the land surrounded by mountains, and "Sen" (Hermit/Gathering) wishing for a place where people gather. Using rice and water from Fukui Prefecture and original yeast, it features a modern taste full of transparency, sealing in the freshness of freshly pressed sake through rapid cooling and bottle warming pasteurization.
