The name "Tenon" was given from the phrase "Mukyu Tenon (If the heaven is calm, there will be no poverty)" in the scriptures of the Nichiren sect. Wishing for the hearts and lives of people and the world to be calm, they are brewing pure and gentle sake. Inheriting the "San-in Ginjo-zukuri," a tradition of Izumo Toji, in recent years they have also focused on traditional brewing methods that make the most of the power of nature, such as "Yamahai" and "Kimoto."
