Guided by the belief that great sake requires great water and great rice, the brewery uses pure subterranean water from the Unzen mountain range, rice from the Shimabara Peninsula, and Nagasaki Prefecture-sourced yeast, continuing to produce fine sake that is rooted in the local terroir and harnesses its natural blessings.
