With a history of over 150 years continuing from the early Meiji era, they brew sake at the "Hakata Hyakunengura," which has a distinctive appearance of white-walled earthen storehouse buildings and a red brick chimney. It is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan.
Utilizing the historical buildings, the facility is also used for tasting at the direct sales shop, banquet halls, concert venues, and wedding venues. While preserving traditional brewing methods, they continue to brew sake that harmonizes with Hakata's food culture.
