They use pure groundwater from the Nasu Mountains for every step, from washing rice to brewing. Through traditional "Kanzukuri" (winter brewing), they create sake with rich rice umami and a solid structure.
The brewery, with pillars and beams remaining from its founding, is designated as a historical building in Shirakawa, conveying the weight of history and the castle town's culture to the present.
