Komachi Shuzo is a brewery founded in 1894, known as the pioneer of "Silent Fermentation Brewing," where healing music is played 24 hours a day inside the brewery. Using groundwater from the Nagara River, it mainly uses Gifu Prefecture-grown Hidahomare as sake rice. The representative brand "Nagaragawa" started promotion as local sake of Gifu in 1978. By playing natural environment music (healing music) 24 hours a day in the brewery, it expands the umami of rice and realizes sake brewing that calms the mind.
