Using Fushimi's famous water "Fushimizu," selected as one of the 100 Exquisite and Well-conserved Waters, they continue honest sake brewing without compromising on quality.
Widely known for its familiarity, it changed sake into something close to people's living rooms through TV commercials using "Kappa" characters since the 1950s.
