"Shu" is one of Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo's brand lineups.

"Square One" is the flagship brand named by applying Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo's abbreviation "Masuichi" into English. "Square One" means "origin, starting point," and is positioned as a Junmai sake infused with the spirit of thinking about the origin of sake brewing. Brewed by traditional methods using wooden barrels, it embodies the philosophy of returning to the origin of sake brewing.

"Hanashibori" is one of Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo's brand lineups.

"Kozan" is a Daiginjo Junmai Namazake brewed by Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo.

"Hekiken" is a Daiginjo Junmai Namazake brewed by Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo.

"Hakkin" is one of Masuichi Ichimura Shuzojo's brand lineups.

"Yonekawa" was named with the meaning that "rice is brewed into sake, and eventually flows like a river." It is a community-based brand centered on local sales, mainly sold at the brewery shop, and characterized by a soft and gentle taste.

"Toyoka" is a brand launched when Chief Brewer Kayoko took office, derived from one character of her name "Ka" (Ga) and the celestial maiden "Toyoukanome" from Japanese mythology. Sold only at special contract stores, it is characterized by a rich and savory taste (the opposite of Tanrei Karakuchi). You can enjoy a rich flavor that maximizes the umami of rice.

"Soga Père et Fils" means "Soga Father and Son" in French, expressing the concept of sake brewed by father and son. The biggest feature is that they use the legendary yeast strains No. 1 to No. 6 independently, and the product names are also named with French numbers (Un, Deux, Trois, Quatre, Cinq, Six). Brewed using traditional Kimoto style with locally grown Miyama Nishiki, it features a very rich aroma unique to single yeast, an aroma reminiscent of white wine, and condensed rice umami. With an expiration date of 3 to 6 months and requiring refrigerated storage (below 4°C), it is sold only at 78 special contract stores nationwide, and is known as a phantom sake that is difficult to obtain due to production only in winter and strict quality control.

"Sogga" is a brand in a separate line from Soga Père et Fils.

"Engi" is a brand derived from the name "Kisoji" inherited by successive heads of the family, and was renamed from the old brand "Hoshinoi" due to the purchase by Emperor Meiji. It is characterized by a modest aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and a slightly dry aftertaste, with a softness derived from the meltwater of Shiga Kogen. The Junmai Daiginjo uses 100% Miyama Nishiki and features a clean acidity like white wine.

"Dobuhachi" is one of the representative brands of Matsushiro Miyasaka Shuzoten.

"Kaizuzakura" is one of the brands of Matsushiro Miyasaka Shuzoten.

"Zozan Masamune" is a brand named after Sakuma Zozan, a figure associated with Matsushiro.

A brand with the meaning of sake to enjoy leisurely, expressing the gentle sake brewing stance of Azumamine Shuzoten. As a Junmai sake, it is characterized by a taste that balances the umami of rice and good sharpness.

"Matsushiro Ichiban" is positioned as a brand representing the Matsushiro area.

"Sanada Jumangoku" is a brand named after the Matsushiro Domain's 100,000 koku associated with the Sanada family, and is one of the representative products of Matsushiro Miyasaka Shuzoten.

"Yugaku Jokamachi" is a brand that expresses the atmosphere of the castle town of Matsushiro.

"Matsushirojo" is a brand named after Matsushiro Castle, the symbol of Matsushiro.
