縁喜は歴代当主が継承してきた名前「喜惣治」から派生したブランドで、明治天皇の御買上げを受けたことから旧銘柄「星乃井」から改名されました。
控えめな香り、滑らかな口当たり、やや辛口の後味が特徴で、志賀高原の雪解け水由来の柔らかさを持ちます。
純米大吟醸は美山錦100%を使用し、白ワインのような綺麗な酸が特徴です。
