Azumamine
吾妻嶺The representative brand named after the highest peak of Mt. Azumane towering behind the brewery, it was named with the hope of being loved by the region for a long time. Using soft groundwater of Mt. Azumane and Iwate Prefecture rice (including self-cultivated rice), it embodies the ideal of the 13th generation brewery owner: "sake where the umami of rice is firmly felt, there is aroma, and there is sharpness." Under the policy of all Junmai sake, it is characterized by sake brewing that cherishes the original taste of rice without using any brewer's alcohol. Through careful manual work unique to a small-scale brewery, the thoughts of the brewers are put into each bottle.
